Are We Insured?



General liability insurance provides financial protection if an accident happens at your catering business, such as a customer injury or damages to someone’s property. It also provides coverage if you have to defend an accusation of libel or slander. We are completely insured and can add you as a certificate of the additional insured, if requested.​



Are we Vaccinated?



Many of the country’s largest corporations such as Google require that their staff be vaccinated against COVID-19. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce also gives guidance to all small businesses that they can mandate vaccination for their employees and tracks best practices among businesses around vaccine rollouts. We have made sure that all staff is fully vaccinated, so you can enjoy your events, worry-free!​



Are The Bartenders (TABC) Certfied?



All SPB bartenders are both TABC and Server/Seller certified. ​


The new Texas law for bars and bartenders requires anyone involved in the sale or serving of alcohol to serve safe certified, so even if you have experience and are comfortable serving alcohol responsibly, you now need the certification to prove it. And with everyone in Texas needing to get serve safe certified, there are dozens of options to be found online.
