Ensuring Protection: Workers' Comp Coverage for 1099 Contractors



While state laws may not mandate employers to offer workers' compensation insurance for 1099 contractors, we go above and beyond by providing this coverage as a safety net. In the event that a 1099 worker's coverage is inadequate or fails, our comprehensive workers' comp insurance steps in to ensure that all contractors we engage with are properly protected. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we are committed to safeguarding all individuals who contribute to our operations.​



Event Payment Policy and Deposit Requirements



For all events, regardless of size, a deposit is mandatory to secure your reservation. The specifics of the final payment terms will be clearly stated in the event contract agreement provided to you for review and signature. Prior to the event date, a deposit must be made, with the remaining balance due either the day before or on the day of the event. Repeat clients who have a history with us may be eligible for extended payment terms for the final balance, subject to approval by our Director of Events or the Owner. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these payment policies.​



Event Tasting and Feedback Procedure



Tastings are offered at a revised rate for all events. Should you desire to sample the culinary offerings as well as signature cocktails from your designated event menu, such provision can be made available. A designated representative will be dispatched to your premises to facilitate the delivery of the items and compile a detailed report on your preferences and feedback. All pertinent information will be documented, and your explicit approval will be required.​



Updated Guidelines and Event Policies



We are excited to share our updated pricing guidelines and event policies for 2025 and moving forward, which include a full payment requirement prior to events and the signing of a service waiver. Our team will handle post-event cleanup, and we offer credits for complimentary services if you're not satisfied. Please note that all events require a minimum of two weeks' notice, and feel free to reach out with any questions. (Read New Guidelines Here)​



Refund and Satisfaction Policy: Revised January 10th 2025

Satisfaction Guarantee: If any guest is unsatisfied with the service provided during an event, we will offer a complimentary replacement service of equal value. Our goal is to meet your expectations and ensure a positive experience. Transferability: The replacement service can be used by the original client or transferred to another party.
