Service calls

Average service call costs ~150.00/hr

Give me call and describe your problem. I will come over and address issues as they're found. Any problem that requires me to either take device or system back to my office will be redelivered at no additional cost.

Service plan

Average annual service plan can cost ~1250.00

Under a typical plan I will support and manage included systems. When problems arise, I will show up and resolve any issues that I can at no additional costs (Unless covered charges will be incurred for hardware replacement or additional equipment needed to meet needs).

I offer a variety of entry methods and services to anticipate inconveniences posed by security systems on the premises. Expanded skill-set includes digital and mechanical safe bypass, digital software locking and repair to malfunctioning security systems.

Whether your existing reception system has been misaligned or if you are attempting to add a new dish to a home or building, I can bring my equipment to scan and identify the best areas to do so. I am able to install a wide variety of areal reception and transmission devices.

On-Site Programming

Has a crucial system gone down and no one knows why? Let me help! I am able to quickly diagnose software problems, even if it means dealing with custom code for purpose built systems. In the event that a task is beyond my scope, I have access to technicians that can remotely assist in a fast repair.

Emergency hardware swaps

I travel with many devices and pieces of hardware on hand. If you find yourself with a failing hard drive, power supply or perhaps a failing component in an electronic devices, I am able to perform an emergency replacement so there is as little time lost for you as possible.
